Itinerary

 

Day 1: Departure day: Board your flight to Nashville (Flights are not included).  Upon arrival, proceed and collect your luggage. A Jet Vacations professional guide will personally greet you. Transfer to your hotel and check-in. Afternoon is at leisure.  We suggest you to participate First Thursday Art Walk (Pearl & Old Town/Chinatown). Portland’s First Thursday lands, unsurprisingly, on the first Thursday of each month. Art galleries in the Pearl and Old Town/Chinatown open their doors for free viewings, plus usually some complimentary beer and wine. The Pearl galleries offer some stunning art, to be sure, but it’s the Old Town locations that offer the most fun, cutting-edge works, and party-like atmosphere.

Day 2: Portland: After breakfast; meet with your guide and driver for a city tour to explore the historic downtown and major highlights. And then you will visit the beautiful Columbia River Gorge including stops at Women’s Forum and Vista House. Women's Forum is breathtaking and it's one of the best spots to soak in a view of one of the most beautiful places on earth: the magnificent, awesome Columbia River Gorge.Vista Point House is best known of the scenic lookouts along the Historic Columbia River Highway, and provides a panoramic view of the Columbia River. Our next stop Multnomah Falls. This is the most visited natural recreation site in the Pacific Northwest with more than 2 million stopping by each year to take in the views. On your return back to hotel we will stop at Bonneville Lock & Dam. (Breakfast)

Day 3: Portland: After breakfast, depart for a wine tour with Oregon wine expert guide and your driver. You will visit three great Oregon wineries including catered snacks at each stop. (Breakfast)

Day 4: Portland: After breakfast, free day at leisure. You can visit the Portland Saturday Market today. Operating since 1974 the Portland Saturday Market is the largest continually operating outdoor arts and crafts market in the nation. Located in Waterfront Park and Ankeny Plaza in Portland’s historic Old Town the Market is one of the most popular shopping destinations for local handcrafted goods. The Market offers a unique opportunity for customers to meet the artist as well as see one of a kind pieces created in the artist’s booth. Over 250 small businesses and individuals artists from across the NW region gather each week for the Saturday/Sunday event with live music and a plethora of exotic foods that will satisfy everyone’s appetite. Day 5: Portland: After breakfast, free day at leisure. You can visit the Portland Art Museum, Japanese Garden or Washington Park. (Breakfast)

 

Day 6: Departure Day: After breakfast at the hotel, check-out from the hotel and transfer to the Portland airport for your flight back home. (Flights are not included).
